Portadown school St John The Baptist - formerly known as Drumcree High School - will attempt to make history on Wednesday when they contest an Ulster GAA final at the Wolfe Tones club in Derrymacash (throw in 11.30am).

Just like their opponents St Patrick's Academy, the young players will be attempting to break new ground by winning a provincial title.

Pictured in the build up at the school this week are from left Eamon Lavery (joint manager), school principal Noella Murray, team captain Shea Rafferty and Ryan Mc Aleenan (joint manager).

Principal Noella Murray said, "The school are so proud of our teams achievement's to date.

"We are delighted that the boys are representing St John The Baptist College, and we wish you all the best in the final."
