Rian O'Neill joins a host of big names on the bench for Sunday's Ulster semi final between Armagh and Ulster rivals Down.

Clann Eireann's Tiernan Kelly is not included in the 26 man squad and  there is no place for Barry Mc Cambridge and James Morgan.

Even without O'Neill, who could be a last minute inclusion, the attack looks potent. Conor Turbitt, who has hit 15 points in his last two outings, lines out beside Clan na Gael's Stefan Campbell, playmaker Rory Grugan, Jason Duffy, Andrew Murnin from the St Paul's club, and Jamar Hall, who did well last time out in Breffni Park against Cavan.

Team boss Kieran McGeeney has given a vote of confidence to impresive midfield pairing Shane McPartlan and Maghery's Ben Crealey, in front of Ethan Rafferty the full back line is O Neill, McKay and Forker, with Mackin, McCabe and Burns forming a strong looking half back trio.

The squad overall looks particularly strong.  Oisin Conaty, who moved from an Irish League career with Portadown to concentrate on GAA matters, is named on the panel and is expected to make an impact in the future.

Armagh are strong favourites to reach the Ulster final, they have been ultra consistent since losing a league game against Donegal last year, beating or going down narrowly against the top sides in the league.
