Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council’s meeting schedule for 2022 has been recommended for approval by a Council committee.

The issue was discussed at a meeting of Council’s governance, resources and strategy committee on Wednesday, November 10.

The proposals show Council’s environmental services committee will meet on the first Tuesday of every month and the planning and regulatory services committee will meet on the first Wednesday of every month.

The leisure and community services committee will meet on the second Monday of every month and the economic development and regeneration committee will meet on the second Tuesday of the month while the governance resource and strategy committee will meet on the second Wednesday of each month.

Council’s monthly meeting is also scheduled to take place on the fourth Monday of each month.

With the exception of the planning and regulatory services committee which will begin at 3pm, each of these meetings is scheduled to begin at 6:30pm.

Having read and considered the report a proposal to accept the recommendation was put forward by Councillor Margaret Tinsley and seconded by Councillor Paul Berry and the committee voiced its approval.
