Sinn Féin MLA John O’Dowd and Cllr Catherine Nelson have visited the site of 5 new bungalows  for people with disabilities in Drumellan, Craigavon.

Speaking about the visit Mr O’Dowd said:

"After many years of lobbying to have these bungalows built it is fantastic to see the progress being made.

"The families who will be moving into these homes will be delighted with the standard and quality of the properties.

"We are and will continue to lobby for more such homes as well as homes for the many people who need them across Upper Bann."

Cllr Nelson said:

"Speaking to some of the families who will be moving into these homes it’s clear they deserve the support and comfort these homes will bring.

"These five bungalows for people with disabilities is a game changer for the families involved.

"The pride and dedication of the workers on site was clear to see as they build new homes for families in need."
