So the cat's out of the bag - or rather, the bear! Pudsey is coming to South Lake Leisure Centre & Watersports this Friday 19th November, along with his best pal Connor Phillips from BBC Radio Ulster.

So come on down and join the fun as BBC Radio Ulster will be broadcasting the show live from Café incredABLE at South Lake, starting at 10.30am through to 12pm. There will be lots of opportunities to #getinvolved and donate including:

⭐ Two Spin Bikes in the café, available to book for a 15-minute Spinathon session

⭐ Try out our new climbing wall by the lake

⭐ Fancy dress in the Zumba and Pilates classes

⭐ Turn-up and try table tennis, badminton & boccia in the Sports Hall
