The case was heard at Craigavon Magistrates' Court.
A Lurgan man is to face Crown Court proceedings in the New Year for numerous drug offences.
Aaron Toman (30), of Belvedere Manor, appeared at Craigavon Courthouse on Wednesday, December 22, for the purposes of a preliminary enquiry the legal process during which a case is referred to the higher court.
Toman faces allegations of cultivating a cannabis plant, possessing three Class B controlled drugs namely herbal cannabis, tetrahydrocannabinol and MDMB, possession of a Class B controlled drug with intent to supply namely cannabis and possession of two Class C controlled drugs namely diazepam and alprazolm on April 8 this year.
On the same date, Toman faces a count of being in possession of criminal property, namely £775 in cash.
Furthermore, between April and July 2020, the defendant is also accused of being concerned in supply of a Class B drug namely cannabis and being concerned in supply of a Class C drug namely diazepam.
Prosecution submitted that based on the papers before the court there was a prima facie case to answer.
Defence counsel made no contrary submissions.
Deputy District Judge Laura Ievers, satisfied there was a prima facie case to answer, released Toman on bail on the same terms to appear at Craigavon Court on February 8 next year.
