Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council’s planners are currently considering an application to bring eight town houses to Craigavon.

Lodged by McCreanor and Co Architects on behalf of applicant Boconnell Properties the application seeks to build eight, three-storey town houses with associated site works and landscaping at lands approximately 75m south west of 88 Meadowbrook, Craigavon.

The 0.324 hectare site is currently home to a previously demolished housing development with extant approval for a residential development consisting of 140 units. This application seeks to change the house type of site 67-74 of the previous approval.

Received and validated on Tuesday, November 30, the neighbour consultation period for the proposal expired on Monday, January 3 and the standard consultation period is set to close on Friday, January 7.

The application will be advertised until Friday, January 7.
