Chatsworth Carpets are looking for a motivated, energetic and enthusiastic individual to join their Portadown store.
They want someone who combines outstanding customer service skills and high level of attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
The ideal candidate would have a sales background from within the flooring industry but full training will be given, although the candidate must have a good working ability with numbers.
To be successful in this role you must hold a full UK driving license and be willing to work Saturdays.
Roles and responsibilities
To assist customers in the store with all their flooring needs. Helping them to find the correct product to best suit their requirements.
To respond to customers queries, emails and telephone enquiries in a confident, courteous and professional manner.
To book in and travel to customers’ homes to carry out measure surveys and provide estimates.
Working with our fitters and traveling to our warehouse to help prep flooring for installation.
Resolving any customer issues/complaints to a satisfactory conclusion.
To make sure that the showroom is always kept in a clean and presentable state and that samples are present, current and accurately priced.
Job details
Position: Full time / permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours (Monday – Saturday, 9am-5.30pm - one day off during the week)
Salary: To be discussed at interview stage
Holidays: 28 days
Driving: Must hold full UK license
