• Building and wiring machine, motor and generator control panels.
• Able to read and understand schematic wiring drawings.
• Managing workshop production schedule and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Allocating and managing individual staff workload to ensure production deadlines are met.
• Motivating staff to meet production targets.
• Stock control and equipment procurement to keep time with production schedule.
