Students from the Health and Social Care and Psychology Departments at St Ronan's College have been busy wrapping gifts and writing cards for key workers in our community this Christmas.

Students were keen to recognise the hard work of key workers during these challenging times and wanted to show their appreciation by delivering Christmas cards, that were designed by our students, and raising money to buy hampers and presents.

Pictured is Shannon delivering fruit hampers and chocolates to staff in the Blossom Unit and Covid Unit in Craigavon Area Hospital. A small gift and card have also been delivered for each child in the Blossom Unit. Year 13 students have also been busy preparing gifts and cards for staff in local care homes and pharmacies.

A special mention must go to Year 14 students Shannon Breen and Ellen Scullion and Year 13 student Charlotte Corry have went above and beyond to plan and coordinate this initiative.
