Your Lurgan caught up with James Smyth who was victorious at the world's first Pokemon GO Championship last month.

James, who is known as 'LurganRocket', scooped the top prize in Liverpool and will now take part in the World Championships this summer.

The 30-year-old acknowledged that he has met many new friends since playing the game and that he has been a fan of the game series since his childhood.

James also gives his advice on those who are thinking about taking up the game.
