Lurgan man to contest voyeurism charges

Suspended sentence for man who assaulted wife

The case was heard at Craigavon Magistrates' Court.

A 34-year-old Lurgan man is to contest a charge of voyeurism, which relates to an alleged incident last year.

Conran McMullan from River Glade Manor is accused of recording a person doing a private act for the purpose of obtaining sexual gratification on 27 July 2021.

A defending lawyer advised Craigavon Magistrates Court the charge is denied. 

District Judge Bernie Kelly remanded McMullan on continuing bail to appear again on 25 May when a contest date is to be fixed.
