A 46-year-old man has been returned for trial on charges relating possessing and intending to supply high value drugs.

Appearing for a committal hearing was Paulo Santos from Gortin Crescent, Dungannon who is accused of possessing Cocaine and Diamorphine both with intent to supply on 13 August last year.

There is also a count of possessing Amphetamine.

A prosecution lawyer told Craigavon Magistrates Court there is a case to answer which was agreed by District Judge Bernie Kelly.

Santos did not object to the proceedings and declined to call witnesses or give evidence on his own behalf at this stage.

Judge Kelly remanded him on continuing bail to appear for arraignment at Craigavon Crown Court next month.
