Women's self-protection courses on offer

One of the country's top martial arts practitioners, Lurgan man Martin O'Neill, is offering women's self-protection classes and will be available to coach small numbers of females in the art of self-protection.

Martin initially brought B.J.J to the town and has been teaching the art of Jeet Kune Do, which was originally practiced by the legendary Bruce Lee for many years.

Martin said, "While the streets are mostly safe, recent events have encouraged women to be more aware of their safety. If anyone wants more information, they can contact me on my Facebook page."
